North Richland Hills police are requesting the public’s help in finding a 14-year-old girl who has been missing for nearly a week.
Ruby is about 4-feet-11-inches and 95 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans. The man police believe she is with, Stephan Cox, is about 5-feet-5-inches and 130 pounds.
