As the City of Dallas moves forward with its plan for aerial spraying of pesticides (to combat the city’s West Nile problem), the debate continues over whether or not this is necessary.
Howard Garrett, the Dirt Doctor (heard on our station Sundays, 8-11amCT) says it’s not only necessary … it’s potentially dangerous.
